The First
Three Months
Month One
We'll start by spreading a wide net - adding value across the entire spectrum of product management. This allows us to provide instant value by filling gaps where needed, and identifying weak spots that need work.

In our first month together we'll go full-throttle on customer discovery efforts. This lets us understand your product, market, and overall business - informing our approach for months #2 and #3.

In the first month we'll instantly relieve your current product development efforts by putting in place some quick wins to make day-to-day delivery easier. Control the chaos with tools and processes that all teams can benefit from!
Month Two
With the understanding from Month #1, we'll now install tools, processes, and methodologies that work for your team.
This part is super custom and there's no cookie-cutter solution. Whether your team prefers a rigorous framework or a free-wheeling approach - all teams have a unique way that works for them.

Month Three
Now it's off to the races! We'll spend Month #3 operating the new Product Department that's now in place. This will also allow us to test and refine what we've built together.

We'll help you hire your first Product Manager and fully onboard them - allowing them to own and evolve your product practice going forward.
Your Product Handbook
You'll also get a customized Product Handbook - your Hitchhiker's guide to Product Management written specifically for your company through months #1 and #2 - to help you operate and maintain your new Product organization.
